Blykalla is entering its most ambitious growth phase yet — nearly doubling our team in 2026 while expanding to the U.S. We're looking for a hands-on TA & People Partner to help us build exceptional teams and strengthen our internal culture along the way.

In 2026, we're hiring in Sweden across engineering, licensing, supply chain, and corporate functions — while simultaneously establishing our first U.S. entity. As we scale, our People & Culture team needs reinforcement.

As our Talent Acquisition & People Partner, you'll split your time between two equally important areas: recruiting the talented people we need and supporting the operational and developmental aspects of our People function. You’ll work closely with our two Talent Acquisition Specialists, our People Operations Partner, and our Chief People & Culture Officer.

This is a role for someone who enjoys breadth over depth — someone who can run a sourcing sprint in the morning and support onboarding or HR processes in the afternoon, and who thrives in an environment where things move quickly and no two weeks look the same.

What we do at Blykalla

Blykalla is developing the next generation of nuclear technology with our Small Modular Reactor (SMR) based on innovative fuel, materials, and reactor designs. As Sweden's only SMR developer, we are on a mission to decarbonize industries and enable safe, scalable, and sustainable energy solutions. Our technology uses uranium nitride fuel and lead coolant, creating novel challenges and opportunities for the fuel cycle and supporting systems.

What you'll get to do

Talent Acquisition (~60%)

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a mix of roles — from sourcing and identifying candidates to guiding hiring managers through the process and closing the right talent.

• Proactively source and headhunt candidates for technical and specialist positions where the right people aren't actively looking.

• Partner with hiring managers across the organization to understand their needs and ensure a smooth, high-quality recruitment process.

• Contribute to building and maintaining talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.

• Help ensure a consistently positive candidate experience that reflects Blykalla's culture and mission.
  

HR & People Operations Support (~40%)

• Support our People Ops lead during peak periods — particularly with onboarding, contract administration, and employee queries as the organization grows rapidly.

• Contribute to the development and rollout of learning & development initiatives, including coordination of training programs and competence development activities.

• Help maintain and improve People & Culture processes and documentation as we scale.

• Provide general HR support across the employee lifecycle as needed.

Who you are

You're someone who combines structure with flexibility. You enjoy recruitment, but you're equally motivated by the broader people agenda — ensuring that processes work, onboarding runs smoothly, and employees feel supported in a growing organization. You take initiative, communicate clearly, and care about doing things well.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a combined people/TA role, preferably in a fast-growing or technically oriented organization. You bring enough experience to work independently and contribute beyond just filling roles.

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including proactive sourcing and direct outreach to passive candidates.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams — you'll be balancing recruitment and HR support simultaneously.

• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English — Swedish is essential for internal comms; English is our working language for much of our technical and international collaboration.

• A collaborative mindset and a hands-on attitude. Our P&C team is small, and everyone contributes across boundaries.

Nice to have:

• Experience with employer branding in a scaling organization.

• Familiarity with learning & development coordination or program rollout.

• Experience working in the energy, engineering, or deep-tech sector.

• Experience with Teamtailor or similar ATS platforms.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary in the range of SEK 48,000–58,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
